How To Do 'Paper Burning' Therapy in 3 Easy Steps

 Step 1:


Write down on a piece of paper the issue you're worried about and then 'bandhan' it (circle it with pen 7 times clockwise).


Step 2:

Leave the paper in front of your meditation photo while you meditate.



Step 3: 

Burn the paper outside and wash away the ashes.
